When work is to be billed through insurance, you are responsible for authorizing the claim and cooperating with your insurance company. Rapid Rooter provides full documentation to support your claim but cannot guarantee claim approval or the amount your insurance company will pay. You are ultimately responsible for payment of services rendered.
Payment is due upon completion of each phase of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For insurance claims, we may accept assignment of benefits with your authorization. Interest may accrue on overdue balances. We reserve the right to place a lien on the property for unpaid services in accordance with applicable state law.
Rapid Rooter carries general liability insurance. Our liability for services rendered is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that was not accessible or visible at the time of our assessment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with IICRC standards. Written warranties on specific restoration work will be provided separately when applicable. This warranty does not cover damage from subsequent water events, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control.
